This is an orange OSSA case from the 1998 sci-fi thriller, Sphere. Based on the Michael Crichton novel of the same name, this film stars Dustin Hoffman, Sharon Stone, and Samuel L. Jackson as members of a team sent to investigate a sunken space ship at the bottom of the ocean.

This particular orange case can be screen matched as the very one handled by Alice 'Teeny' Fletcher (Queen Latifah) when she is sent to deliver the recordings from the Habitat to the Mini Sub. The tiny breaks in the plastic hinge, as well as abrasions in the facing match up to the case shown on film.

The case itself is made from a sturdy plastic and seals with two clips on either end of the handle. On the front there is a rubber OSSA patch that has been firmly glued on. Inside the case is black egg foam padding that is shaped to protect the contents of the container.

This case measures approximately 12" x 13.5" x 6" (31cm x 34cm x 15cm) and has some wear due to production use, but remains in overall good condition.
