Twin Cities’ Control Console Circuit Board from the 2011 Shawn Levy film, Real Steel. In the film, Charlie Kenton (Hugh Jackman) is a washed up robot boxer and absentee father, until his son Max (Dakota Goyo) discovers an old, undersized robot named Atom who sees an unlikely meteoric rise to the top of the robot boxing ranks.

After several successful underground fights, Atom is finally given a shot at the professional ranks in the World Robot Boxing League. Atom’s first sanctioned fight is against a two-headed bot named Twin Cities, and this circuit board is a component of the computer console that Twin Cities’ operators use to control him. As Twin Cities enters the arena, a circuit board like this one is seen in the center of the operator’s control setup. The circuit board consists of a large outer rectangle made from thick, clear plastic with myriad engravings made to resemble circuits. At the center of this outer rectangle is a smaller black rectangle, also made of plastic, with similar circuitry engraved in a steel colored plastic. This piece features a tiny built in switch that allows the prop to illuminate with a built in blue light.

The circuit board measures 10.5” x 7" (26.5cm x 18cm) and features minor wear from production use, however it remains in excellent condition and has been successfully tested for electronic function.
